Heavy tailbacks on M3 due to broken lorry
A BROKEN down vehicle is causing major delays on the M3 near Winchester.
Motorists are queuing northbound on the M3 after a lorry broke down on the exit slip road at junction nine for Kings Worthy.
There are very heavy tailbacks up to junction 11 at Winnall.
