A WINCHESTER doctors' surgery which was shut without warning last year is set to reopen.
Springvale Surgery in Kings Worthy will open on February 23 following weeks of emergency works.
Fire and electrical problems forced doctors to shut just before Christmas, with patients staging a protest against the closure.

Council chief Steve Tilbury warned last month that the facility will only last another three years and needs a long-term replacement.
