Application submitted to build 45 homes on the edge of Littleton
AN outline application to build 45 homes in the fields between Littleton and Harestock has been submitted to Winchester City Council planners.
The Welch family, who own land off Harestock Road, want to develop the site.
It would include 40 per cent affordable housing, at least eight self-build units, public access open space, and a barn conversion for community use.
The consultation closes on February 2, with a target decision date of March 16.
