Work on the new building at Micheldever Station's village hall is progressing quickly.
The ground floor slabs have been laid and the new drainage system has passed its building inspection.
Bricks have also been brought onto the site ready for the walls to be erected later this month.
The two-storey building should be finished by June.
Villagers have held numerous fundraising events to make enough money to cover the construction work.
A cheque for £7,000 has recently been received from the Rank Foundation towards the project.
