THOUSANDS of visitors descended on Sparsholt College to witness the arrival of the year's first lambs.
More than 5,000 people were at the college’s annual lambing weekend.
Visitors were able to witness the new arrivals.
Over the two days organisers expected there to be more than 100 lambs born.
Shepherd John Garrett, who works at Sparsholt College, was on hand to provide a running commentary and took questions from visitors.
Working alongside John were the college’s students who are all learning lambing as part of their studies.
There were also a tractor exhibition, pony rides and the college's bull Quasimodo was also on had to entertain the crowds.
