HAMPSHIRE County Council will begin road improvements on parts of the B3354 between Botley and Colden Common on May 30.
The work will be undertaken in the following phases: • Tuesday, May 30 between 9.30am and 4pm from the A334 High Street, Botley to Holmesland Lane for five days.
• Tuesday, June 6 between 8pm and 6am from the roundabout at Boorley Green to Snakemoor roundabout for six nights.
• Wednesday, June 14 between 8pm and 6am from the Burnetts Lane traffic lights, Horton Heath, to the B3037 Mortimer’s Lane, for seven nights.
• Friday, June 23 between 8pm and 6am from the B2177 (the Queens Head pub, Fisher’s Pond) to the Church Lane roundabout, Colden Common, for three nights.
While the resurfacing work is being carried out the road will be closed to traffic and a diversion put in place, but pedestrians will have access at all times.
