THE Annual Council Meeting and the next ordinary Tichborne Parish Council Meeting will both take place on Tuesday May 23 at Alresford Golf Club.
The Annual Council Meeting starts at 6.30pm and the Ordinary Meeting at 6.45pm or immediately after the Annual Council Meeting is completed.
The public will have a chance to attend and ask questions.
On the agenda is the application for grants from local organisations. The council is proposing to make awards to St Andrew’s church, Tichborne parochial church council, £250; Tichborne Park Cricket Club, £200; Winchester Citizens Advice, £200; and Alresford and District Agricultural Society, which runs the Alresford Show at Tichborne Park every September, £250.
