FLY-TIPPING is becoming an increasing problem for Otterbourne and Hursley residents.
The lay-by in Poles Lane has seen a sharp rise in the amount of rubbish dumped there.
Broken fence panels, metal frames and debris were dumped at the side of the road at some time between Friday night and Saturday morning.
A similar incident happened at roughly the same time along the B3043 at Ladwell, near Hursley.
