A TOWN councillor has suggested a change to the parish boundary because of a dog bin.
Cllr Roy Gentry, of Alresford Town Council, suggested at the full meeting last Thursday (MARCH 19) that the boundary should include Vernal Cottages and Bakeland Gardens, as well as the bit of “no man’s land” between Tichborne Down and the A31 bypass.
“I know people will say what difference does it make but I will point out that there’s a dog bin there and we are paying for it,” he said.
