WINCHESTER City Council is hosting a drop-in session in Kings Worthy to discuss the future of Top Field.
The council says it has the opportunity to bring the land off Hookpit Farm Lane into public ownership to “secure its future”.
There are questions over whether the land could be used for council housing with priority for local people or community facilities.
The council says before it decides what to do it wants to hear residents’ views.
The drop-in session will be between 2.30pm and 7pm on Monday at Tubbs Hall in Fraser Road.
