More homes proposed for Swanmore
HOUSEBUILDING could accelerate in Swanmore after plans for 10 homes were submitted across the village.
The Carrolls have won permission to replace Michaelmas Cottage, a dilapidated bungalow in Vicarage Lane, with a four-bedroom chalet style house.
Meanwhile, plans have gone in for six properties in Lower Chase Road with access, garages and parking. The homes include a pair of four-bedroom detached houses and four semi-detached properties of two and three bedrooms.
A trio of three-bedroom houses with double garages and a turning circle could also be built in Ponderosa, Chapel Road, under plans submitted to Winchester City Council.
