Owslebury receives appeal to rejected contentious planning application
OWSLEBURY Parish Council has received notice of an appeal to planning permission refusal at a site in Portsmouth Road.
The Little Ranch application for one touring caravan and one mobile home for residential use for a gypsy pitch with ancillary and utility rooms was rejected by Winchester City Council.
