A MCDONALD’S worker from Winchester has been chosen to work at the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Nora Molnarkis, 26, is one of 2,000 McDonald’s workers selected from a staff of over 87,000 workers in the UK to represent the company at the Games.
Nora said: “I think the most challenging thing will be keeping up with the volume of customers, but I am really excited to be working in one of the busiest McDonald’s restaurants in the country.”
Chosen after a rigorous test of her speed, customer service qualities and ability to work in a team, Nora is one of four workers from the Hampshire area given the opportunity to work at the Games.
The lucky few chosen will also be given the chance to see at least one Olympic or Paralympic event.
“I love water sports and hope I get to see one of those events – this is an once-in-a-lifetime opportunity,” Nora said.
