PLANNING chiefs are currently looking at two schemes to build new homes in Hursley.
The first comes from HCR Enterprises Ltd and Parsons Construction Ltd on the site of Hursley Garage in Port Lane.
If approved, the scheme would see four homes built of between two and four bedrooms.
The other comes from Jonathan Greatrix, who wants to convert The Pine Emporium in Main Road into four apartments.
Winchester City Council is expected to reach a decision within a few weeks.
