Deadline for Barton Farm stays at December 31
Winchester City Council has denied putting back its deadline for public comments on the Cala Homes development.
December 31 was the last day for people and organisations to give their views on the 2,000-home plan for farmland to the north of the city.
A spokesman denied the council has move it to January 15 after widespread concern about the alleged short timescale.
