CHILDREN at a Winchester school were given some handy post-school career advice by members of the Winchester Rotary last month.
Year 11 pupils at Henry Beaufort School were given interview practice for the next stages in their education or vocational training.
The interviews were conducted by volunteers from Winchester Rotary and the chairman of the school governors, Alan Brookes.
Winchester Rotarian, Ian White, worked closely with Henry Beaufort deputy head Jonathan Hicks, to ensure students got the most out of the day.
He said: “Our members were impressed by the level of commitment shown by the students and we hope to continue this collaboration in the future.”
Each interview took thirty minutes, including discussing constructive feedback with the student on a one-to-one basis.
