Delays on M3 southbound following crash
Traffic is building on the M3 southbound near Winchester following a crash.
The crash has happened between junction 10 of the M3 and A31 and junction 11 at the A3090 and B3335.
Congestion stretches back to junction 9 at the Winnall Roundabout.
Currently the third lane is shut as emergency services deal with the accident.
