DRIVERS were facing severe delays after a crash on the M3 motorway.
One lane of the M3 northbound was blocked between junction 14 and 13 north of Southampton following an earlier, minor collision.
The vehicles have now been cleared but as a result traffic is building on the M27 as far west as the New Forest and as far east as junction nine for Whiteley.
There are also delays on the M271 northbound.
