A MISSING teenager has been found five days after disappearing from Chandler's Ford.
Charlotte Piper has been found safe and well by police following a direct appeal from the chief inspector.
Hampshire Constabulary has not confirmed where she was found.
Concern was growing for the welfare of the 17-year-old who was last sighted in West Quay. There were fears she may have left Hampshire.
A direct appeal to the teenager was made by Chief Inspector Dave Winter who pleaded for her to come home.
Police have thanked members of the public who got in touch to help with the appeal.
A police spokesperson said: “Police are pleased to confirm that Charlotte Piper has been located safe and well this afternoon."
