A COUNSELLING centre in Eastleigh has celebrated 10 years of helping Hampshire's prospective parents.
The Lilies Pregnancy Counselling Centre, based at Romsey Road, saw trustees, workers and supporters gather at St Thomas's Church in Fair Oak to mark the milestone.
Around 30 people in all turned out for the cheese and wine evening and also a slice of cake - made especially for the occasion.
The charity aims to provide space to discuss issues such as unintended pregnancies, circumstances surrounding abortions and miscarriages as well as stillborns or infant deaths.
Counsellor Judy White said: “We wanted to take this opportunity to thank the many people who have supported us over the last 10 years in many ways, not least financially, enabling us to bring help and healing to those who are struggling in this particular area. We owe them so much as we could not have kept going without them and we just wanted to celebrate this landmark in our history.”
