STROKE survivors in Chandler’s Ford are celebrating the first birthday of a crucial support charity.
The Stroke Association offers physiotherapy and speech support for survivors, allowing them and their carers to meet new people.
They will mark the anniversary with an event the Velmore Centre in Falkland Road at 11.15am on Thursday.
Guests include ITV Meridian’s Fred Dinenage, Steve Brine MP and Bob Jordan, president of Chandler’s Ford and Itchen Valley Rotary Club.
