POLICE have released a CCTV photo of four men suspected of raiding a Boots store in Fryern Arcade, Chandlers Ford.

The riad happened at about 2am on Friday, February 1 when the four entered from a rear car park and underpass.

They climbed the spiral staircase and made their way to the store, where they used a sledge hammer to smash the front double glazed door.

Inside, they stole £1,500 worth of electrical goods, including Mark HIU hairdryers; Babyliss hairdryers, tongs, straighteners and stylers; Braun Epilators; Remington tongs and straighteners and a Vidal Sassoon hair styler.

The stolen property was taken away in large green bags.

Police believe another raid at Hair at Monrose, The Mall, Winchester Road, Chandlers Ford, may be related.

Again, the thieves smashed their way into the salon and took £40, GHD hair straighteners and 30 Boho Betty bracelets.  The attack took place overnight Friday–Saturday, February 1-2.

Police are appealing for anyone who knows the raiders or who is offered cheap electrical beauty products to contact PC Mike Duke or PC Kelly Drodge at Eastleigh on 101.
