PLANS have been submitted for work at two neighbouring properties in an Otterbourne road.
Proposals have lodged to demolish a single-storey garage and replace it with single-storey structure containing an entrance lobby, additional bedroom and utility room at 31 Oakwood Avenue.
Otterbourne Parish Council have objected to the plans arguing guttering could cross over the property's boundary. Parish Clerk Julie Ayre said: "Otterbourne Parish Council is concerned this overhanging gutter has not been taken into consideration and would request the eastern edge of the proposed development is adjusted so any guttering is not overhanging."
Proposals have also been submitted for 32 Oakwood Avenue to build a two-storey side and rear extension, plus a single-storey part rear extension.
Decisions are expected from Winchester City Council later this month.
