Witnesses sought after roadside altercation near Winchester

POLICE are appealing for witnesses to an incident on the A34 near Winchester.

A collision took place between a silver Vauxhall Zafira driven by a 43-year-old man and a red Honda Civic driven by a 34-year-old man.

Both cars came into contact while travelling in lanes one and two at Headbourne Worthy at about 7am on Monday, May 24.

An altercation took place between the two drivers beside their damages vehicles. Neither driver was injured in the collision.

PC Paul White said: “We would like to hear from anyone who witnessed this incident and who can provide us with more details of how the cars came to be in collision with one another, as well as what happened between the drivers subsequent to it.”
