ROGER Higman has been banned from driving after he was caught over the limit.
Higman, 57, of Milverton Road, Fulflood, was breathalysed on Thurmond Crescent, Stanmore, on May 30, magistrates in Basingstoke heard.
His alcohol reading was 44 when the legal limit is 35 micrograms of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath.
He was fined £126 with a £30 victim surcharge. The ban is for 12 months but it will be reduced by 13 weeks if by January 14 2019 Higman passes an approved course.
