A MAN has been ordered to carry out community service after being caught with cannabis in Winchester.

Duane Nelson admitted possessing the class B drug after being caught by police in Winchester on August 16.

The 22-year-old, from Rustic Avenue in London, had previously been caught in the city with cannabis in March this year.

Basingstoke magistrates ordered Nelson to carry out 60 hours of unpaid work. He was also ordered to pay a costs of £85, as well as an £85 victim surcharge.
