PAUL Bateman has admitted threatening behaviour against a woman and been ordered to pay £250 compensation.
Bateman, 46, of Upper High Street, Winchester, pleaded guilty to the allegation that he threatened Nichola Wold in Andover.
He denied attempting to intimidate Ms Wold, a witness, and the allegation was withdrawn.
Magistrates in Basingstoke imposed a restraining order banning him from threatening violence, intimidating or pestering Ms Wold until June 20, 2018.
