HAMPSHIRE man Simon guy Williams has been banned from the road for three years.
Williams, 27, admitted driving with excess alcohol in a 03-reg Ford Focus on Stanmore Lane, Winchester on April 21.
When stopped by police his alcohol reading was 78, more than twice the legal mit.
Magistrates in Basingstoke disqualified him for 36 months with a reduction of 274 days if he passes an approved course.
Williams, of Longhouse Green, Winnall, was also fined £280 with a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
