Basingstoke Magistrates Court
WINCHESTER man Peter Hone has been conditionally discharged for two years after admitting threatening behaviour.
Hone, 53, of Oglander Road, Abbotts Barton, also pleaded guilty to failing to comply with an anti-social behaviour order by returning to Middle Brook Street.
Magistrates at Basingstoke ordered he pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
