A WINCHESTER man's sentence has been changed after magistrates heard he is suffering from ill health.
Kevin King, 55, of Colson Close, Winnall, applied for the change to allow him to drop out of a building better relationships programme.
It had been imposed by magistrates in Basingstoke in May 2016 after his conviction for harassment of Ann-Marie Matthews.
Instead magistrates imposed a rehabilitation activity requirement for up to 15 days.
