A WINCHESTER teenager has had a fine slashed and then been fined for another offence.
Jordan Bell, 19, of Peninsula Road, West Hill, applied to reduce a fine of £446.07, imposed in January 2016.
The magistrates knocked off £300 and then fined him £80, with £20 costs, for failing to comply with supervision requirements of a previous sentencing.
