Basingstoke Magistrates Court
A MOTORIST who admitted driving without due care and attention near Winchester has been disqualified from driving for six months.
Gary Burke, 34, of Ringlet Way, Winnall, pleaded guilty to the offence committed in a 54-reg Ford Mondeo on the A31 on September 29.
Magistrates in Basingstoke also fined him £120, a £30 victim surcharge and £40 costs.
A charge of failing to disclose endorsements on his driving licence was withdrawn.
