SAUL Green has been jailed for three months for breaching a court order to contact a woman at her home in Winchester.
Green, 26, of Mews Lane, Winchester, called on Jenna Clayton at Frances Sheldon Court, West Hill, on December 19 when a non-molestation order had been made by the family court in Basingstoke on August 3.
He had breached an order imposed for assaulting Ms Clayton.
Green also admitted criminal damage to a fire extinguisher at St George’s Lodge on Mews Lane.
Magistrates said the offences was so serious as it was committed during a community sentence and there had been a persistent failure to comply with court orders.
Green was also told to pay a £115 victim surcharge.
