JESSE Leonard has been fined after admitting shoplifting and fraudulently using a bank card to obtain scratchcards.
Leonard, 30, of Stockbridge Road, Fulflood, pleaded guilty to stealing perfume valued at £50 from Debenhams on January 5.
He also admitted using a bank card to obtain £10 scratchcards from the Co-op on City Road, Wincheste, and the filling station on Andover Road, Winchester, both on September 18 last year.
Basingstoke Magistrates Court fined him £20 with a £30 victim surcharge and told him to pay £20 compensation.
