A WINCHESTER phone pest has received a community order after admitting the offence.
Anthony Walters, 53, of Alison Way, Oram's Arbour, had initially denied that on June 30 last ear he persistently used the phones to cause annoyance.
Magistrates in Basingstoke imposed a community order with a rehabilitation activity requirement for up to 10 days.
Walters was also ordered to pay an £85 victim surcharge and £15 costs.
