A DRINK driver caught on the M3 at Winchester has been banned from the road for 14 months.
Daniel Roberts, 34, of Waterloo Road, Freemantle, Southampton, was found to have 94 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood, when the legal limit is 80, after he was stopped in a 59-reg Ford Focus on August 8.
Magistrates in Basingstoke fined him £440, with a £44 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
