Man disqualified from driving
DOMINIC Oswald has been disqualified from driving after he was caught on a major Hampshire road.
Oswald, 20, of High Street, Shirrell Heath, near Bishop's Waltham, admitted driving with excess alcohol on the A3 southbound at Buriton on June 4.
His alcohol reading was 96 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood when the legal limit is 80.
As well as a 14-month ban Oswald was fined £310 and ordered to pay a £31 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
