A WARRANT has been issued for the arrest of a Hampshire man alleged to have allowed his flat to be used for drug dealing.
Magistrates in Basingstoke have issued the arrest order for Robert Osachuk, 41, now of no fixed abode. He failed to attend a court hearing on December 22.
The charges relate to heroin and cocaine allegedly dealt from a flat he had in Stockbridge Road, Fulflood, in Winchester, on June 6 2014.
