Carl Coles fined for illegal drugs possession
CARL Coles has been fined after pleading guilty to possessing cocaine in Winchester.
Coles, 41, of Octavia Hill, Stanmore, admitted possession of four small wraps of the class A dug on November 21, Basingstoke Magistrates Court heard.
The court fined him £120, with a £20 victim surcharge, £40 costs and a £180 criminal courts charge.
