CHRONIC drunk Otto Bingeris has been jailed for again flouting an anti-social behaviour order.
Bingeris, 49, of Hyde Gate, Hyde, Winchester, admitted breaching the ASBO by drinking alcohol in public.
He also admitted assaulting PCSO Laurence Day, both on December 17.
Magistrates heard he has an extensive record of identical behaviour, worsened by alcohol.
They jailed him for six weeks and ordered he pay a £80 victim surcharge and a £180 criminal courts charge.
