BURGLARS have carried out a spate of raids in Winchester.

They have struck four times since December 16, police said today.

The raids were in Buriton Road and Bradley Road in Harestock when an intruder forced a window and patio door, sometime on December 16-17.

A property in Oliver's Battery Crescent was targeted with entry gained by forcing a rear window with tool.

DVDs and jewellery were snatched also between Wednesday and Thursday this week.

Burglars also raided Hubert Road in St Cross on Thursday between 7.50am-6.30pm.

They smashed a window and stole jewellery.
