Boy, 15, caught with ecstasy
A 15-year-old boy found carrying ecstasy in Winchester has been given a ‘community resolution’.
The teenager was stopped by officers on Clifton Road when they saw him with tobacco on the afternoon of April 29.
He was given the sanction when they discovered he also had a small amount of the Class A drug.
