Student attacked at Peter Symonds College in Winchester
A STUDENT was left with facial injuries after an assault at a Winchester college.
Police were called to Peter Symonds College, in Owens Road, at approximately 11.30am on Tuesday after a former student, aged 17, allegedly assaulted a 16-year-old boy at 'The Cage' smoking area.
A police spokesman said no arrests were made but the alleged attacker was interviewed under caution and reported for summons.
The 16-year-old, a first year student, was taken to the Royal Hampshire County Hospital for treatment.
