Winchester's police station, in North Walls
THE opening times of Winchester Police Station have been changed.
From Monday June 23 the North walls station will open on Sunday from 9am to 5pm instead of the current 10am to 6pm.
The closure on Sundays between 2-2.45pm remains as does the opening times Monday to Saturday of 8am-8pm.
Across Hampshire some 16 stations continue to offer a front office service.
As a result of low usage, the front offices at Totton and Ryde will close.
New front offices will open a few days per week at Lyndhurst and Waterlooville, to meet business and public need.
