NO action will be taken against a man arrested after an alleged attack in Winchester city centre last month.
A 28-year-old from Winchester was arrested in the High Street near Bakers Arms Passage on November 14 following an incident between two groups in which a 26-year-old man suffered facial bruising.
He was bailed to return to North Walls police station today but he has been told the matter has been dropped.
