A RISK and compliance specialist is growing in to its new space on Chineham Park.

3GRC has developed a platform to automate, simplify and centralise the process of risk and compliance, covering topics such as General Data Protection Regulation and the Modern Slavery Act

Founded in October 2015, 3GRC has grown from a start-up to a £5m turnover business, demonstrating a position as an industry leader in just three years, moving to Cedarwood on Chineham Park

The firm has expanded from three employees to over 45 resident staff which includes the recent hire of threat director, Shaun Peapell, as part of the firm's plan to add to its services.

Tony Allen, one of 3GRC co-founders, said: “We have adapted extremely well to our new facilities and have been able to expand our resources considerably. Due to the nature of processing confidential data, we have dedicated a space specifically for our Security Operations Centre, enabling our client’s peace of mind knowing that their data is secure.

"We are continuing to recruit as we grow elements of our business further and look forward to maximising our potential capacity at our new office.”

Wendy Scott, Chineham Park’s customer manager, said: “Being able to provide new space for an existing customer’s expansion plans is an important part of an engaged landlord’s role and we are delighted to be welcoming 3GRC into their larger office."
