TO SUPPORT its ambitious growth plans, a Hampshire under-floor heating firm has moved to a new HQ.

Fareham-based Warmafloor, the UK’s leading provider of under-floor heating (UFH) and cooling systems for commercial, public and residential buildings, has moved to Little Park Farm Road, Segensworth West.

Entirely owned by the company, the larger office space will not only be able to house all of its existing staff, but provide capacity for the team to expand.

The greeting space has been customised to include an interactive product wall to showcase the company’s extensive range of UFH systems, as well as a demonstration area, which allows visitors to test its INTELIQ smart control system.

Neil Iacobucci, newly appointed commercial manager, said: “The new office space has promoted great enthusiasm in everyone here. Not only does it reflect the growth of the business, but puts us in a much better position to move forward with our ambitious plans for the future.”

Neil recently rejoined Warmafloor, to take charge of developing the strategy and structure of the business in the future. A leading UFH expert, Neil previously worked at the company for 14 years, before moving to leading plastic piping systems manufacturer, Wavin.

The firm, which celebrated, its 30th anniversary this year, has worked on a number of landmark buildings including the British Museum, the National Gallery and Stonehenge Visitor Centre.
