Following Dutton Gregory’s partial relocation to larger premises in Chandlers Ford, Goadsby Commercial have brought to market two floors of offices totalling 5,186 sq.ft (482 sq.m), at St Georges House in Winchester.
The open plan offices have been newly refurbished, are available as whole or floor-by-floor and have the added benefit of on-site car parking.
