THE team at Enterprise M3 Local Enterprise Partnership has expanded with key appointments.

Chris Quintana has been appointed as enterprise and innovation project manager, and Sarah Carter is the LEP’s new skills and employability project manager.

Chris is an experienced management consultant with a globally-recognised MBA from Henley Business School. He was previously business development manager at Hampshire Chamber of Commerce.

At Enterprise M3, Chris is now responsible for project management leads in both innovation and enterprise, and rural sectors.

He said: “This is a fantastic opportunity to join the highly dynamic Enterprise M3 team, who have already delivered some really exciting work that benefits so many people in the Enterprise M3 LEP area.

“I am really looking forward to driving forward the enterprise and innovation and rural growth agenda.”

Sarah has significant experience in the skills and training agenda, notably around apprenticeships, European funded projects, employability and partnerships.

She previously worked for Guildford College Group, where she was responsible for the business development team’s strategic planning and key commercial activities.

At Enterprise M3, Sarah will be focusing on the delivery of Enterprise M3’s skills projects amounting to £10.4million in 2015-16 and on developing and driving forward Enterprise M3’s Skills Strategy.

Sarah said: “I’m excited to be working with the team at the LEP on implementing the Enterprise M3 skills strategy.”

She added: “The wider M3 corridor has a huge number of highly skilled individuals with fantastic employment opportunities and I am looking forward to supporting them, as well as championing our new skills centres.”
