Grants for community projects in Bishop's Waltham
SEVERAL grants were approved for community projects at a Bishop's Waltham Parish Council meeting.
At the meeting on January 10, a grant of £1,115 was approved for the North Pond Conservation Group, £800 to Bishop's Waltham Country Market, and £396 to Bishop's Waltham Minibus Group.
The installation of play equipment on Priory Park and Hoe Road was also approved, and the Rotary Club was granted permission to use Hoe Road as part of their 2017 carnival.
